We may collect identity and contact data (name, email, optional company), communication content you submit in forms, technical data such as browser type and approximate location derived from IP, and cookie identifiers as described in our Cookie Preferences page.

We process data to respond to inquiries, schedule informational calls, operate cohort rosters, improve learning materials, secure our infrastructure, and comply with accounting or tax obligations when a financial relationship exists.

Processing rests on your consent for marketing analytics cookies, performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps for enrolled learners, legitimate interests in securing the site and understanding aggregate usage patterns, and legal obligations where invoices or tax records must be retained.

Because learners and tools span Latin America and North America, data may cross borders. We document transfer mechanisms and provide summaries on request where feasible without compromising security.

We apply access controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege policies for staff accounts. No method is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents to hello@viewnet-portal.digital promptly.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. We will verify requests to prevent fraud. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where one applies.

Our services target adults in professional settings. We do not knowingly collect data from children under thirteen without guardian consent. We may update this Data Protection notice with a new date at the top; substantive changes will be summarized in a site banner when practical.
