Overview

Course fees listed on viewnet-portal.digital are informational until confirmed on an invoice or enrollment agreement. This Returns & Refunds policy explains how withdrawal timelines work once payment is received.

Eligibility window

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment if the cohort has not yet accessed downloadable mentor materials beyond the welcome packet. After material access or session three, whichever comes first, partial refunds may apply as described below.

Full refunds

Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort for low enrollment or force majeure, or when you withdraw within the eligibility window without consuming restricted assets.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after attending up to two live sessions but before the midpoint of the schedule, we may refund fifty percent of tuition minus any non-recoverable vendor fees. After the midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable except for documented medical emergencies.

Non-refundable items

Third-party licenses, printed workbooks already shipped, or private coaching blocks that already occurred are non-refundable. Administrative fees disclosed on the invoice, if any, may be withheld.

How to request a refund

Email hello@viewnet-portal.digital with your full name, cohort name, payment reference, and reason. We respond within five business days with status. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval, subject to bank processing times.

Consumer rights in Venezuela
