By accessing viewnet-portal.digital and enrolling information requests with Viewnet Portal Academy, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site. We provide educational services descriptions and informational pricing; binding enrollment agreements may be completed separately in writing or through a signed order form.

We offer live online, blended, and cohort-based technical English training oriented to IT professionals and support teams based in Venezuela and the broader Latin American region. Schedules, mentor availability, and materials may change with reasonable notice. Features described on the site illustrate typical offerings but are not a guarantee of any specific future module unless confirmed in a separate statement of work.

You agree to provide accurate contact details when requesting information. You must not misrepresent your affiliation, attempt to access restricted areas, or use automated means to scrape content at a rate that impairs site performance. We may suspend communications that appear fraudulent, abusive, or out of scope for our programs.

Course outlines, copy, visuals, and downloadable templates remain the property of Viewnet Portal Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials provided during paid participation for personal learning. Redistribution, resale, or republication of mentor feedback about other learners is prohibited.

We may link to video platforms, document editors, or scheduling tools operated by third parties. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes imposed by vendors, though we will seek reasonable alternatives when feasible.

To the extent permitted under Venezuelan law, Viewnet Portal Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in programs, including lost profits or missed hiring outcomes. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to informational site use is limited to the amounts you paid us for the specific course giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Parties agree to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in San Cristóbal, Táchira, for disputes arising from these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the changes for site interactions. We may decline future services if prior participation involved harassment of staff or learners. You may stop using the site at any time; certain provisions survive termination where necessary to protect intellectual property and limit liability.
